- 10+ Years Professional Architectural Experience in Residential, Commercial, Governmental and Institutional architecture.
- Construction administration and oversight experience on multiple $5,000,000+ projects.
- Commercial roofing specialist (EPDM & SBS)
- 6+ years in standard and high-end residential.
- Completed over 100 Verified and approved township and city zoning analyses.

Our preliminary zoning analysis packages start at $250 and are tailored to the specific questions, property conditions, and project goals involved.
Before You Build NJ is not designed to upsell clients into services they do not need. The goal is to answer the two most important early questions:
- Are we allowed to do this?
- And if we are, does it still make sense to move forward?
Some projects only need a basic zoning feasibility review. Others may require a deeper look at setbacks, lot coverage, height limits, nonconforming conditions, variance concerns, or possible design options. If additional review is needed, it will be discussed clearly before moving forward.
The purpose is to help homeowners reach a confident decision point before spending thousands on architectural drawings, surveys, contractors, or permit submissions. If the project appears feasible and the client wants to continue, additional planning or design support may be discussed separately.
